At Opulent Hair Gallery, we are committed to providing high-quality hair products and professional services. Due to the nature of our products and services, please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Hair Products & Retail Items

Because hair extensions, wigs, and beauty products are personal-use items, we maintain strict hygiene standards.

Eligible for Return

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • Security seals, tags, and bundles remain intact
  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery

Items must be in resellable condition.

Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The hair has been installed, brushed, combed, cut, colored, washed, or altered in any way
  • The lace has been cut or customized
  • The product shows signs of wear or tampering
  • The item was purchased on sale or marked as final sale

If returned items do not meet our policy standards, they will be sent back to the customer.

If your return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Salon Services & Appointments

All service payments and deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

We strive to ensure every client leaves satisfied. If you are unhappy with a service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in refusal of future service and account restrictions.
